Recovery Programs & Services

Reclaim Hope Foundation offers a continuum of evidence-based programs designed to meet individuals and families at every stage of the recovery journey. From initial outreach and harm reduction through long-term maintenance and peer leadership, our services are delivered by licensed clinicians and Certified Peer Support Specialists who combine professional training with the credibility of lived experience.

Core Recovery Programs

Evidence-Based Services for Every Stage

Every program is informed by SAMHSA’s Strategic Prevention Framework, the Transtheoretical Model of Change, and trauma-informed care principles. All services are provided at no cost to participants through grant funding, corporate partnerships, and individual donations.

Peer Support & Recovery Navigation

Flagship Program

Our cornerstone program matches each participant with a Certified Peer Support Specialist (CPSS) who shares lived recovery experience. Through individualized recovery planning, weekly one-on-one sessions, facilitated group circles, and crisis check-ins, participants develop the recovery capital needed for lasting change. Navigation services include coordinated referrals to treatment providers, benefits enrollment assistance for Medicaid and SNAP, housing search support, transportation vouchers, and connection to sober social activities. The program operates on a no-wrong-door philosophy: regardless of where someone is in their journey, we meet them there without judgment or precondition.

Eligibility: Any adult, no referral needed
Cost: Free, no insurance required
Schedule: Mon–Fri, walk-ins welcome
Locations: Denver, Aurora, Lakewood, Thornton

Workforce Reintegration Program

12-Week Track

Economic stability is one of the strongest predictors of sustained recovery. Our twelve-week workforce reintegration track addresses the practical barriers that keep individuals from meaningful employment. Participants receive professional resume development, mock interview coaching with real hiring managers, professional attire through our clothing partnership, digital literacy training covering email, spreadsheets, and job search platforms, and direct introductions to our network of forty-two recovery-friendly employers across industries including construction, hospitality, healthcare support, warehousing, and administrative services. Financial literacy workshops running parallel to the career track cover budgeting fundamentals, credit report repair, opening bank accounts, and understanding pay stubs and tax filing.

Eligibility: 30+ days in recovery
Cost: Free
Schedule: Tues & Thurs, 10 AM – 12 PM
Outcome: 72% employed within 90 days

Family Reunification Counseling

8-Session Track

Addiction affects entire family systems, and healing those relationships is often critical to sustained recovery. Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFTs) trained in addiction family dynamics facilitate our structured eight-session reunification track. Sessions progress through trust assessment, communication skill building, healthy boundary negotiation, collaborative recovery planning, and relapse contingency agreements. Separate children and youth support groups, led by certified child life specialists, provide age-appropriate spaces for young people to process their experiences. We also offer family-only support groups for parents, siblings, and partners seeking guidance independent of the individual in recovery.

Eligibility: Families with a member in recovery
Cost: Sliding scale, scholarships available
Schedule: Evenings, by appointment
Outcome: 89% report improved communication

Harm Reduction & Naloxone Program

Community Outreach

Our harm reduction program operates on the principle that saving lives is the first priority, regardless of whether an individual is currently pursuing abstinence. Community health workers distribute free naloxone (Narcan) kits at weekly events, train bystanders in overdose recognition and response, provide fentanyl test strips, and offer warm referrals to treatment when individuals express interest. Mobile outreach teams visit encampments, shelters, and community gathering points across Denver and Adams Counties. Since launching in 2018, the program has distributed over six thousand naloxone kits and documented more than four hundred confirmed overdose reversals in the community.

Eligibility: Anyone, no questions asked
Cost: Free
Schedule: Weekly distribution events
Impact: 6,000+ naloxone kits distributed
