Every Recovery Story Begins with Reclaiming Hope.
Reclaim Hope Foundation empowers individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders through evidence-based peer support, workforce reintegration, family reunification counseling, and community-wide harm reduction education. Since 2014, our programs have served over eight thousand individuals across the Denver metropolitan area and the Colorado Front Range, guided by the belief that recovery is not only possible but sustainable when rooted in dignity, connection, and opportunity. Every program is led by licensed clinical professionals and certified peer support specialists who bring both expertise and lived experience to the work.
Peer Support & Recovery Navigation
Our cornerstone peer support program matches individuals in any stage of recovery with a Certified Peer Support Specialist who shares lived experience. Through weekly one-on-one sessions, facilitated group circles, and crisis check-ins, participants build the recovery capital needed for lasting change. Navigation services include treatment referrals, housing assistance, benefits enrollment, and connection to sober social activities throughout the Denver metro area.

The Numbers Behind Our Mission
Comprehensive Recovery & Advocacy Services
From crisis intervention to long-term recovery maintenance, our programs address the full continuum of needs for individuals and families impacted by substance use disorders. Every service is designed with input from clinical professionals, peer specialists, and the communities we serve.
Peer Support & Navigation
Certified Peer Support Specialists provide individualized recovery navigation including treatment referrals, benefits enrollment, housing assistance, and sober social connection. Our peer-led support groups meet weekly at four locations across the metro area, creating spaces where shared experience becomes the foundation for mutual growth and accountability. Over eighty-five percent of participants report improved recovery confidence within the first month.
Learn More →Workforce Reintegration
Our twelve-week career readiness track equips participants with resume development, interview coaching, professional attire, digital literacy skills, and direct introductions to recovery-friendly employers. Supplementary financial literacy workshops cover budgeting, credit repair, and banking access. Seventy-two percent of program graduates secure employment within ninety days, with an average starting wage significantly above Colorado minimum wage.
Learn More →Family Reunification
Licensed marriage and family therapists facilitate structured eight-session reunification tracks for families rebuilding trust after the disruption of addiction. Sessions address communication repair, healthy boundary setting, collaborative recovery planning, and age-appropriate support for children. Our children and youth program provides separate therapeutic activities for young people processing a family member’s recovery journey.
Learn More →Stories of Recovery & Renewal
“When I walked into Reclaim Hope, I had lost my job, my apartment, and my family’s trust. My peer navigator, Marcus, had been exactly where I was. He didn’t judge me. He helped me find housing, connected me with an IOP, and walked beside me every step. Eighteen months later, I’m employed, reunited with my daughters, and training to become a peer specialist myself.”
“The workforce program changed everything. I was terrified of interviews because of my record. The coaching gave me confidence, and they connected me with an employer who actually values recovery. I’ve been at my job for eight months now, earned a raise, and I’m saving for my own place. None of that felt possible a year ago.”
“As a mother watching her son struggle with addiction, I felt utterly helpless. The family reunification program taught us how to communicate again without blame. The children’s group gave my granddaughter a safe place to talk about her feelings. We are healing together, and I credit this foundation with saving our family.”
